The SLBWA recently paid tribute to the late Steven Kennedy Edmunds, a key figure in the education and advocacy for blind and visually impaired individuals in Saint Lucia. Steven Edmunds, who passed away on March 3, 2023, dedicated his life to integrating blind and visually impaired students into the school system and improving their educational opportunities. His contributions were recognized with awards from both local and regional organizations. Steven’s legacy continues to inspire our work and the broader community.
